These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ug300 platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:
Access to and use of the ug300 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you must satisfy on a continuing basis:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any Service on the Platform. This minimum age is set at 21 (rather than the commonly cited 18) in recognition of local regulatory guidance and the social-responsibility standards to which ug300 voluntarily holds itself. Use of the Platform by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited. ug300 enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC identity verification on all accounts, and any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately and permanently closed with all associated balances forfeited.

You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ug300 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction outside Indonesia.
Each member is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the ug300 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or through any other method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account:
To access the Services, you must complete the registration process via the ug300 Login page, providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must also select a username and a secure password.
You warrant that all information provided at registration — and at any subsequent point when you update your Account details — is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. ug300 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the information held on your Account, and failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable time period may result in Account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you must notify ug300 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. ug300 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
As noted in Section 2.3, only one Account is permitted per member. If ug300 discovers that you have opened more than one Account, it reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts immediately, cancel any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any Bonus Funds held across those Accounts.
ug300 is required by its international gaming licence to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all members before processing any withdrawal request, and at any other point where ug300's compliance team deems verification necessary. KYC is conducted to confirm your identity, age, and residential address, and to detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.
Standard KYC documentation requirements are as follows:
KYC documents submitted via the Account settings portal or by email to [email protected] are reviewed within 24 hours during normal business days (WIB). During high-volume periods or Indonesian national holidays, processing may extend to 48 hours. You will be notified of the outcome by email and by in-platform notification.
If you fail to provide the requested KYC documents within 14 calendar days of a verification request, ug300 reserves the right to suspend your Account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is completed. ug300 also reserves the right to close an Account and return any verified Real-Money Funds if KYC cannot be completed to ug300's satisfaction.
ug300 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Visa, and Mastercard. The list of supported payment methods may be updated from time to time; current availability is always shown on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your Account.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum single-transaction and daily limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. ug300 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
Deposits via Indonesian e-wallets (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your Account balance within seconds of confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) are credited within 1 to 5 minutes of the transfer being confirmed by the receiving bank. ug300 does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which ug300 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are processed by ug300 within 3 to 15 minutes of submission, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian national holidays. This target processing time applies once your Account has passed KYC verification. ug300 does not charge a withdrawal fee; however, receiving bank charges, if any, are the member's responsibility.
The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be approved:
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer in relation to a deposit made at ug300 is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. ug300 will immediately suspend any Account subject to a chargeback claim pending investigation and reserves the right to recover disputed amounts from any positive balance held in that Account.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by ug300 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook promotions), minimum deposit, maximum bonus amount, and expiry period. These specific terms supplement — and in the event of conflict, supersede — the general bonus provisions in this Section 6.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires Rp 3.000.000 of qualifying bets to be placed before a withdrawal request can be approved.
Bonus Funds that have not been fully wagered within the time period stated in the applicable promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from your Account Balance without compensation. It is your responsibility to check expiry dates at the time you accept a bonus.
ug300 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these terms, including but not limited to: bonus-hunting strategies, hedging bets across multiple accounts, collusion, or the use of automated software to place wagers. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, the relevant Accounts may be closed and all associated balances forfeited.
Unless explicitly stated in a promotion's specific terms, only one active bonus may be held in your Account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus's wagering requirement remains outstanding may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

ug300 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if ug300 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Game content, odds data, and other third-party materials displayed on the Platform are provided by independent software providers and data suppliers. ug300 accepts no liability for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in third-party content, except to the extent that such errors directly and provably result from ug300's own negligence.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting ug300 support at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed and any verified Real-Money Funds balance will be returned to your nominated payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
ug300 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

When material changes are made, ug300 will publish the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, will notify members via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 12.1.
